Nature's Valley by Artzy-chick Nature's Valley by Artzy-chick
Finally finished after 5 days of drawing ... so happy to be done! :) I firmly believe that nature is an artist's greatest muse. There is just so much beauty to encapsulate on paper ... it's a proper challenge!

WOW! im blown away by the realism and excellent skill in displaying a sense of space! i struggle with background stuff cuz it looks messy and like too much stuff is going on but you really showed how background and horizon stuff can look neat yt complex and totally real, i tend to make my trees look all the same but this diversity is great and adds to the realism the lake and rocks are great too! wow just noticed the lake, did you use charcoal in thi drawing or is it 100% pencil? really well done worth the 5 days i assume?

Haha, yeah it was well worth the 5 days! :D Thanks so much for all the comments ... I'm currently learning to draw landscapes so all this feedback really helps! And yup, it's 100% pencil! Haven't tried charcoal yet, it smudges too much!
